Similarly to the first game, players control Jill, who bakes, frosts, and tops cakes for a variety of customers in different bakeries across the world. With the earnings, players are able to buy faster ovens, frosters, and toppers, including shoes to make Jill walk faster around the kitchen. Unlike its predecessor, the toppers can be upgrades to frosting and topping, and the display can carry up to three cakes when updated. The little over for cookies can make five instead of four unlike the prior game.
